PARTICIPATION FEES

Early Registration fees until 01.03.2024

– Physicians: 587 BAM (EUR 300)
– Young physicians (up to 40 years of age), residents, nurses and technicians:  499 BAM (EUR 255)
– Accompanying person:  392 BAM (EUR 200)
– Exhibition fee:  763 BAM (EUR 390)
– UNDT members: 157 BAM (EUR 80) 
– Student: Free of charge only for attendance

Registration fee includes admission to all congress sessions, poster and exhibition areas, congress materials (final program, book of abstracts, congress bag, ID card), lunches, coffee breaks, dinner.

Cancellation

Please send your cancellations in writing to: info@purplekey.ba

Cancellations received in writing by May 01 will be refunded after the symposium, less a 10% administrative fee and VAT (25%).

Cancellations received in writing after May 01, will not be refunded, other than exceptional circumstances to be reviewed and agreed by the Organising Committee.

Refunds will not be made if the delegate does not participate in the Congress.
